About Us

The Romney Farmers Market is held on Saturday mornings from 8 AM - 12 Noon at the Bottling Works, 426 East Main Street, Romney WV. Local farms sell fresh produce during the market season which generally runs from mid- May until mid - October. Typically, the farmers market season starts to wind down after the annual Heritage Days event each September, the weekend following Labor Day ( www.hampshireheritagedays.com) Please contact Steven or Ruth Martin, Church View Farm, www.churchviewfarm.info, 304-822-3878 for additional information. Typically there are 10 -15 vendors at the market each Saturday selling fresh and local produce. The Romney Farmers Market also has a web site at www.romneyfarmersmarket.com Many heritage and heirloom crops are available from the vendors.
